Each bedroom has a TV. A comfortable den with TV and daybed with trundle is at the end of the hallway and opens out to the covered deck with convenient steps down to the ground. The laundry area completes this level.

Spend some quality time in the wide-open living, dining, and well equipped kitchen area on the top floor, complete with breakfast bar and sundecks for taking in distant ocean-to-sound views. Relax island style on the screened porch overlooking the pool area. Get a good night's rest in the roomy king en suite that features a double sink vanity and custom tiled shower in the private bath, TV, and access to the sundeck. A convenient half bath is also on this level.
