Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 28, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Covered parking, storage space for your gear, an outside shower and dry entry into the ground level make your stay nice and easy from the moment you arrive. The ground level game room has a separate entrance with foosball table, TV, and comfy seating.
Three spacious en suite bedrooms are on the second level including 2 king en suites, one has access out to the wrap around covered deck, while the kids will enjoy having their own space in the bedroom with two bunk sets. Each bedroom has a TV. A comfortable den with TV and daybed with trundle is at the end of the hallway and opens out to the covered deck with convenient steps down to the ground. The laundry area completes this level.
Spend some quality time in the wide-open living, dining, and well equipped kitchen area on the top floor, complete with breakfast bar and sundecks for taking in distant ocean-to-sound views. Relax island style on the screened porch overlooking the pool area. Get a good night's rest in the roomy king en suite that features a double sink vanity and custom tiled shower in the private bath, TV, and access to the sundeck. A convenient half bath is also on this level.
Lounge in the sun by the private in-ground pool with available heat and a convenient half bath. When you’re ready to hit the beach, an easy stroll to the end of Corbina Drive East will have your toes in the sand in no time at all.
