Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.
Boat Dock
We offer homes with both shallow water and deep water docks. We can also arrange dockage in a local marina. Please call our reservation department at 1-800-527-2903 to find the best fit for your boat.

Situated in the exclusive Sunset Village neighborhood of Frisco, this custom-built home is surrounded by natural beauty and dedicated to the sportfishing traditions of the Outer Banks. 3rd Time's a Charm is just the spot for nature lovers, watersports enthusiasts, boaters, and anglers and is also pet friendly, so everyone can enjoy the fun.

All four bedrooms throughout the house are en suites, each with a TV and access to the spacious decks.

Three bedrooms are on the first level. The spacious king bedroom opens directly next to the hot tub, where you can soak your cares away. A queen bedroom with a shower stall in the private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds is also on this level, along with the convenient laundry room.

An additional king en suite bedroom is on the upper level, featuring a soaking tub and custom-tiled shower in the private bath. This relaxing retreat opens onto the screened porch, the perfect place to catch a sunset or sip a cool drink. The spacious great room with an ultra high definition TV and surround sound features views of the sound and nearby pond. The open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar is designed to bring the whole family together for quality time. Store a bottle of bubbly in the wine cooler under the kitchen island and toast a breathtaking sunset from the ample sundeck. Relax in the loft with TV, taking in stunning views of the sound, pond, and salt marsh. A convenient half bathroom completes this level.

Spend your days on the Pamlico Sound fishing, clamming, or just cruising. Tie up at private boat slip #10 at the community marina, which offers a boat ramp, sound access, and fish-cleaning tables. Launch your windsurfing or kiteboarding gear or the two provided kayaks from the community sound beach with boardwalk access. Stow your gear in the lockable storage area for easy access at any time. Located close to 4X4 beach access, a tackle shop, and convenience store, this home is the perfect spot if you’re looking to get some sand between your toes and reel in the big one.

With additional shopping, dining, and other great activities a short drive away, 3rd Time's A Charm will be your home away from home for your next Hatteras Island getaway.
