Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter on the ground level, where family fun awaits in the game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. Catch the big game or a favorite flick in the media room with TV. A full bathroom is also on this level.
Three comfortable bedrooms are on the middle level. The king en suite bedroom and queen bedroom with semi-private bath, each with TV, open onto a covered deck. The kids will love having their own space in the children’s suite with bunk bedroom and den with futon, daybed, and TV. Relax on the enclosed porch, enjoy the breeze on the back deck with ocean and marsh views, or unwind in the bubbly hot tub with sunset sound views. The laundry area is also on this level.
Upstairs is another king en suite with TV features a Jacuzzi tub and separate custom tiled shower in the private bath, as well as access to the sundeck with views of the ocean and Austin’s Creek. Whip up something good in the custom kitchen with gas stove, granite countertops, and breakfast bar. The open dining room and living area boast a cozy gas fireplace as well as an upscale entertainment system with BluRay player, surround sound, and integrated sound system for the entire home. Dine al fresco on the sunset-view screened porch, or enjoy a little quiet time in the private office area with half bath.
Stroll along the scenic community boardwalk through the salt marsh to reach the shops at Hatteras Landing, as well as community beach and sound access. Local restaurants will please even the pickiest palate, and charter fishing from nearby marinas is an adventure that can’t be missed. Close to the ferry to Ocracoke as well as 4X4 beach access, Adams Dawn Treader is ideally situated for any island experience you seek.
