Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Moving in is easy with a dry entry under the house. A small bonus room with a queen bed is on the ground level. Take the stairs up to the middle level, where you will sleep peacefully in three bedrooms, each with TV. A queen en suite bedroom and a second queen bedroom have access to the shaded deck with relaxing hammock. The second queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bedroom with two bunk sets. The laundry area is also on this level.
A king bedroom with TV and his and her closets is upstairs, along with a full bathroom. Gather together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area for fun times as a family. Enjoy a home-cooked meal around the dining table or outside on the screened porch. The sundeck is the perfect vantage point for sunrises and sunsets.
Outside, the whole family will have a blast in the private pool, and parents and kids alike will love the separate kiddie pool. Soak in the hot tub while watching the stars. Enjoy the short walk to the beach, or take the 4-wheel drive beach access ramp less than a mile from the house. Sound access is at the end of the street, or you can take the short drive to Canadian Hole to launch your windsurfing and kiteboarding gear.
Top off the day by watching the light from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in the distance. You will fall in love with Altoona.
