Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

From the carport area enter into the 1st level game room with pool table that is sure to provide lots of fun time. A full-size refrigerator for all your beach and boat snacks and the laundry area are also conveniently located on this level.
Sleep tight in the three bedrooms on the middle level. A king en suite bedroom with TV has a shower stall in the private bathroom. A king bedroom with TV and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set and a single bed share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Both king bedrooms open onto a spacious covered wraparound deck with horizon ocean and sound views. Chill out with a favorite flick in the den with TV.
The open living and dining area and adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar upstairs were designed for spending quality time with family and friends. An extensive gas range, subzero refrigerator and freezer unit, wall oven, and additional mini-fridge and wet bar sink make meal prep for your hungry crew a breeze. Enjoy a picnic lunch with ocean-to-sound views on the screened porch, or step onto the large sundeck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Catch a good night’s rest in the king en suite bedroom with TV, which features a custom tiled shower with rainfall shower head in the private bathroom. A half bathroom completes this level.
Bring your boat and fishing gear and spend your days cruising the Pamlico Sound. Your stay includes a complementary slip at the Hatteras Estates Association boat docks, just a short walk or bike ride from the house. Beach access is directly across Highway 12, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Kids of all ages will enjoy watching for small fish and turtles in the man-made pond directly adjacent to the property.
From shopping and dining to watersports and local history, there is plenty to do nearby to keep the whole family happy. You’ll have fun all day long at A.M. Sunrise.
