Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

All time spent at the beach is an Amazing Blessing, so you’ll be forever thankful for your stay in this lovely oceanfront home in Avon.
Enter on the first living level where you will find all four bedrooms and both full baths. Two king rooms, each providing their own access to the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub, also share a jack and jill bath. Both of these rooms, in addition to the two queen rooms, each provide their own TV.
Make yourself at home within the open kitchen, dining and living areas on the top level, flooded with natural light from the dual ocean-facing sliders. Head onto the wrap-around sundeck and soak up some extra Vitamin D while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. A convenient half bath completes this level.
Utilize the boardwalk to connect to the sand path and head over the dune to the beach for hours spent in one of nature’s greatest playgrounds. For even more sun time, splash around in the Kinnakeet Shores community pool located nearby. In addition to plenty of eateries and shops within close proximity, you’re also a short drive from the Avon Fishing Pier and ORV Ramps 38 and 57, so you’ll never run out of ways to enjoy the many offerings of Hatteras Island.
