Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level includes a cargo lift to help make coming and going easy, ample parking and lockable storage for your gear. Inside on this level is a game room with a wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave and a foosball table and TV, for hours of entertainment. The laundry area is conveniently located off the game room. Treat the kids to their own space in the pyramid bunk room, which has a semi-private bath, and then treat yourself to some relaxation in the hot tub on the covered deck, or spend some quiet time sunbathing poolside.
Four more bedrooms are on the middle level, each with a TV. There are two en suite bedrooms, one king and one queen, that have access to a shaded deck with ocean views. A second queen bedroom opens onto another shaded deck and shares a full bathroom off the hall, with a bedroom that has two single beds.
The living and kitchen area features huge vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The newly remodeled kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, gourmet cookware, and a breakfast bar which is a great place for little ones to practice their culinary skills while helping the chef prepare a feast the whole family will want to gather around. Sundecks on either side of the house offer views of the ocean, sound, and nearby marinas. A half bathroom is also on this level. And, once the cooler days and slower ways roll onto the island, the fireplace will be waiting to warm you up. No matter what time of year you choose to make memories, don't forget to take advantage of the serene loft area, where you can retreat for a much-needed nap, or step out onto the private sun deck to take it all in.
When you're ready to hit the beach, grab your gear and take a quick walk just across the street. After the beach, refresh yourself in one of the two outdoor showers.
