These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Welcome to Atlantis. Located in the popular Atlantic View Estates neighborhood, this family-oriented, pup-friendly (max 2 dogs) home has ocean views, a private pool, hot tub, and comforts and conveniences the entire family can enjoy.
The ground level provides ample parking and a carport with steps up to the covered deck along the back of the house and provides ground level entry into the home through the game room with pool table, wet bar complete with microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator, a sitting area and TV. Also on this level is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and 1 bunk set that shares a semi-private full bathroom with the game room. The laundry with dual washers and dryers is conveniently located next to a half bath that opens out to the deck. This spacious furnished deck overlooks the pool area, has a tiled counter with sink, and the hot tub.
The second level has 4 bedrooms, each with TV and deck access and include a king en suite and a queen en suite each with a private bath, while a king bed room shares a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with a queen bedroom.
The top-level main living area has an open design with high ceilings and surrounded by windows and sliders to let in the natural light and ocean views. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area provides plenty of seating for the whole family. The comfortably furnished living room features a TV and cozy fireplace for the cooler months. Ample space for everyone to gather together makes this the perfect place for family time. Step out onto the furnished deck providing both a covered space for shade as well as a sun deck both perfect to shoot the breeze in the balmy salt air. Also on this level are a half bath and a king en suite bedroom with a TV, private bath and deck access.
When you’re ready to hit the beach, the community boardwalk over the dune will make your trip easy. Spend your days soaking up the sun, splashing in the waves, or shell-seeking to your heart’s content. If you’re craving adventure, a short drive will take you to marinas for charter fishing, the ferry to Ocracoke for exciting day trips, and countless other activities to keep the whole family entertained. Shopping and dining are an easy drive away, as well as public sound access a short drive away just outside of Hatteras Village.
