The community walkway is only 50 yards from the house, so you'll be making plenty of trips to surf, swim, and look for that perfect seashell.

The first level has all four bedrooms and two full baths. A queen bedroom with TV shares a full bathroom off the hall with a bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed. An additional queen bedroom and another bedroom with bunk set and single bed share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, with three sliders onto the oceanview sundeck. Enjoy a picnic lunch to the music of the ocean from this lofty perch. A half bathroom is also on this level.

When you're ready to get out and explore, you'll love having restaurants, shopping, and water sports right at your fingertips within walking distance. The 4-wheel-drive beach access ramp is just a couple of miles away, so grab your permit and your fishing pole and prepare for a day of fun in the sun.
