Spend some time relaxing at Avonova, this comfortable cottage 2 lots back from the oceanfront in Avon. With ocean and sound views from the top floor, there's plenty to feast your eyes on from this home.
The ground level dry entry leads into the utility room with workbench, so move-in is a breeze day or night. This is also the perfect place to keep your beach gear handy for whenever you head out. The community walkway is only 50 yards from the house, so you'll be making plenty of trips to surf, swim, and look for that perfect seashell.
The first level has all four bedrooms and two full baths. A queen bedroom with TV shares a full bathroom off the hall with a bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed. An additional queen bedroom and another bedroom with bunk set and single bed share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, with three sliders onto the oceanview sundeck. Enjoy a picnic lunch to the music of the ocean from this lofty perch. A half bathroom is also on this level.
