These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Tucked away on the sound front in the quiet Brigand’s Bay neighborhood of Frisco, you’ll find peace and tranquility at Baywatch.
Upon entering the ground level you find the spacious laundry room as well as a beach cart for your use.
Head up to the second level where you’ll find a full bath and two of the three bedrooms, one with access to the enclosed hot tub channeling fun tiki bar vibes. Around the hall, the whole family can commence for endless fun in the game room, complete with a pool table, TV, stereo, wet bar with under-counter fridge and a sleep sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Top level living is at its finest with a king room and full bath. An open floor plan accentuates the easy living and dining space with widespread views of the Pamlico Sound, in addition to a well-appointed galley-style kitchen. Any time on the sundeck will be proven well spent as you take in everything from the boats on the water to picture-perfect sunsets. A visit to the roof deck will provide an opportunity to see stars aplenty.
Enjoy paddling the sound with the provided kayaks (life jackets and paddles provided) or take a stroll through the neighborhood with your beloved pups. Nearby island attractions include the Frisco Native American Museum and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Just a short drive from ORV Ramp 49, you’ll love the perks of driving out on the seashore for a day of fun with the whole family. Not too far from anything, you won’t have to sacrifice convenience to get away from it all!
