Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Pull into the covered parking area and enter on the ground level, where you will find a game room equipped with a pool table, TV, and a full-size fridge for your favorite beverages, so you can easily cool down when the games start to heat up. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
The second level has four inviting bedrooms to choose from that include a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with TV and private bathrooms. A bunk room with two bunk sets, and a bedroom with one queen bed and one double bed share the full bathroom off the hall. Each bedroom has a TV and direct access out to the shaded, ocean-facing deck so you can easily step out to enjoy a Hatteras sunrise at first light, and let the sounds of the ocean rock you by night. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.
The top-level has a spacious design with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that provide stunning ocean views. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living area naturally invites the crowd to gather and share stories of the day’s adventure, over a home-cooked meal. Step onto the deck to soak up the sun and unbeatable views, or sit back and get lost in a star-filled night sky. A half bath and a king en suite with Jacuzzi tub, shower, TV, and access to the sun deck complete this level.
The private boardwalk is only steps from the carport and leads you straight to the beach, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time. For those who may prefer a day at the pool, the community pool is just across the street, and if you find yourself in need of hydrotherapy after hours, the private hot tub will be waiting for you back at home.
Spend your free time shopping and dining your way around the island, with many options no more than a short drive away. Book a charter fishing trip from one of the nearby marinas, or head to one of the local seafood markets to sample fresh-caught seafood at its finest. For an experience the whole family will love, head out for a day trip to Ocracoke, where the adventure begins with the ferry ride across the Pamlico Sound.
