Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Beach House an oceanfront cottage provides beautiful ocean views from the top level and features a spacious furnished sundeck the entire family will enjoy. Situated near the southern end of Avon, this cottage is conveniently located for all your Hatteras Island vacation needs.
The ground level covered under-house area has room to store your gear, outside shower and a fish cleaning table.
Enter the home on the first level where all 4 bedrooms are located. The two queen rooms are ocean-facing with horizon views from the windows. There are also two full bathrooms and the laundry on this level.
The second level with an open design includes an expanded living area, dining, and kitchen complete with breakfast bar, where you can enjoy ocean views and spending quality time with your family. This comfortable gathering area opens onto a spacious oceanview sundeck, the perfect place to work on your tan, sip a cool drink, or just shoot the breeze, also the perfect perch for stargazing by night. For some quiet time, grab a book, board game, or puzzle from the shelf in the hallway. At the end of the hall is a half bath.
A shared boardwalk on the side of the home leads to steps up over the dune and a sandy path to the beach, so you can have fun in the sun any time you like. Located close to 4X4 beach access and public sound access, this is the ideal spot for the water sports enthusiast and dedicated anglers alike.
