A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

This spacious home just one lot from the oceanfront in the upscale Atlantic View Estates neighborhood features new decking on the upper and lower levels, as well as new Adirondack seating for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the ocean and sound views.  There is also an abundance of natural light inside.

Have a blast in the first-floor game room with a foosball table and TV. Books and games are provided to keep the whole family entertained. A half bathroom is also on this level. Dry entry via the carport and dual outside showers with dressing areas add convenience to your stay.

Two king en suite bedrooms and a queen bedroom on the second floor have access to a shaded deck, where a new hot tub will be awaiting your arrival. A pyramid bunk bedroom and a full bathroom off the hall are also on this level, along with the convenient laundry room.

Upstairs is the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area. Dual seating areas in the living room provide space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the ocean view. Step out on the oceanview sundeck, or enjoy a picnic on the covered portion of the deck off the dining area. A half bathroom completes this level.

Walk across the cul-de-sac to the community beach boardwalk to have your toes in the sand in no time at all. You are also a short stroll from the community pool for a dip when you need to cool off. With shopping, dining, and plenty of fun activities all either a quick walk or drive away, you’ll be glad you chose Beach Nuts as your vacation retreat.
