These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

While one of the homes is occupied year-round by the homeowner and his pup, next door, a stylishly decorated, multi-level rental home offers three bedrooms and 2.1 bathrooms, the perfect homebase for your next island getaway!
Up on the first floor, a shared hot tub offers privacy from the wind on the shaded deck. Around the corner, an open sitting area provides an outdoor soaking tub and the first of two enclosed outdoor showers. As this property is pet-friendly (allowing one dog only), a gated stairwell helps to ensure both your pup and Wallen, the resident cockapoo, never wander too far.
Outdoor amenities abound on the second floor, where you can enjoy a shaded living room with TV and dining table, a sprawling bar with panoramic views of the neighborhood and oceanfront, and the final enclosed outdoor shower. From here, step inside where you’ll find the bright and airy first living level boasting high ceilings and on-trend vacation vibes. An open kitchen, dining, laundry, and living area feature navy and white custom cabinetry complimented by stainless appliances and quartz countertops. TV-facing bar seating is ideal for game day viewing so you never miss a second of your team’s favorite plays. The first of three bedrooms, a king en suite, rests comfortably down the hall, offering a walk-in tile shower in the eclectic private bath.
The second bedroom, a king room, is up the spiral staircase on the third floor. Here, you’ll find the best seat in the house on the private balcony with a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood. Across the hall, a full bath hosts an oversized walk-in shower with wall-to-wall bench seating for convenience. Next door, the third bedroom, a king room, provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements for an easy night's rest.
The quiet neighborhood offers an easy walk to Hatteras Island’s famously pristine shoreline. Spend your days relaxing in the summer sun with the peace of mind that you’re not too far from home when you’re ready to cool down or grab a quick bite.
