Get away to this lovely canal front home located in the popular Brigand's Bay neighborhood in Frisco. Featuring incredible amenities and charm, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a boat dock and water access, Bernie's Place is a great little house you’ll want to return to again and again.
The concrete driveway and covered under-house space provide a convenient area to unload your gear and a dry entry into the home. The cargo lift will make coming and going easy for your entire stay.
Gather together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor. The tasteful décor, stainless appliances, ample counter space, breakfast bar and comfortable seating will make you feel right at home. A king en suite bedroom and a queen bedroom each with TV are just down the hall as well as a full bathroom and laundry area. Step out onto the sun deck that wraps-around and overlooks the water. Steps down to the ground provide convenient access to the back yard and covered dock.
The second level is where two additional bedrooms are located and includes a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a single that share the full hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs
Outside, launch your kayaks and spend time exploring the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound. Family strolls and bike rides through the quiet, residential neighborhood will keep everyone happy. Hop in the car for the short drive to the nearby go-kart track and mini-golf course, or explore further to find shopping, dining, and other fun family activities.
