Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Entering on the second floor living level through the foyer, head to the den flanked by five vibrant bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry area. The den boasts ample seating, a TV, and easy access to an elevator that services each floor, including the alternate dry entrance from the ground level. The first queen bedroom is “Wipe Out”, which features access to the sound-facing deck. The next room, “Hang 10” is a queen en suite that has its own private oceanfront deck. “South Swell”, is a beautifully lit queen room with several ocean-facing windows and access to a shared oceanfront deck with another queen en suite, “Surf’s Up”. The final queen master, “Rip Curl”, has access to the sound-facing deck as well. All bedrooms have their own TV.
On the third floor living level you’ll find the king en suite with its own private deck with sprawling ocean views. The en suite bath features a glass door shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks. This level is well lit with wall-to-wall ocean-facing windows, cathedral ceilings and an open floorplan that encompasses the living room outfitted with designer furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and dining room with an additional breakfast bar and dining nook. Head out to the oceanfront sundeck for dolphin watching or a peaceful night under the stars.
Splash in the private pool and soak your cares away in the bubbly hot tub. Poolside, you’ll also find a furnished game room complete with a ping pong table and more. With a private boardwalk that connects to the sand path leading over to the beach, you’re just steps away from plenty of fun in the sun!
