These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The dry entry under the house makes move-in simple. A queen en suite bedroom with TV in on this level, just a few steps from the door.
On the middle level are four bedrooms, each with a TV. A king en suite has access to the shaded oceanfront deck, where you can sip a glass of sweet tea and take in the ocean views. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds also have deck access and share a full hall bathroom with a bedroom with two bunk sets. The laundry room is also on this level.
Upstairs is an additional king bedroom which shares a semi-private bath with custom shower stall with the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Kick back in the living room and get in some quiet time watching Direct TV which includes NFL Sunday Ticket. Enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee with views of the sunrise over the ocean. Step from the spacious kitchen onto the screened porch that converts to a sunroom with roll-down vinyl windows, or soak under the stars in the hot tub on the sundeck.
When you’re ready to dive on in, take the path beside the house to the beach. With the waves just steps from the house you can run back for a quick lunch before continuing your fun in the sun.
Your stay in Big Gus' Retreat also includes community sound access and tennis courts within walking distance, so you’ll never be short on adventures during your vacation.
