Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Utilize the dry entry and cargo lift to the first two levels to make check-in and grocery runs a breeze. With new LVP flooring throughout and newly carpeted stairwells, freshly painted walls, and updated furnishings, you’ll enjoy the many interior upgrades from the moment you enter on the ground level. Here you’ll find a laundry room just inside the entry door, a convenient drop-off for sandy beach clothes and wet suits recently rinsed in the ground level outdoor shower.
The first living level has three bedrooms in addition to a full bath, which is central to the floor. Two roomy queen bedrooms, one an en suite, open onto the oceanview deck with a new porch swing, perfect for a quiet read. A third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed set with views toward the sound. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms throughout create a cozy haven for late sleepers. Each bedroom also has a TV and Blu-ray player to give everyone their own private retreat so that no one has to miss their favorite show. All TVs throughout the home are Roku Streaming ready.
Enjoy ocean to sound views on the open middle level with kitchen, living area, and dining area. The fully restocked kitchen with remodeled cabinets and tops features a breakfast bar and island to make cooking and serving for the whole family nice and easy. A newly refinished bumper pool table will provide hours of entertainment while jamming to tunes as you connect to the provided Bluetooth player, as will the new 50” Smart TV, Wi-Fi-connected Blu-ray player and soundbar in the living area.
