Enjoy the ease of single-level living at this comfortable oceanfront home in Frisco. Ideally situated for the angler, beachcomber, or anyone looking to escape the cares of the world, Bird's Eye View is a peaceful escape for you and your pet. Two deck levels across the oceanfront side of the home offer both sun and shade and panoramic views of the ocean from the top deck.
Enter from a shaded deck into the open living, dining, and kitchen area which features a breakfast bar. This comfortably furnished space is great for quality time and family fun. The side door in the living area provides access up to the oceanfront sun deck with Adirondack style dolphin watch chairs for optimum viewing of the water.
All three bedrooms are just down the hall. The king en suite bedroom features a TV. A bedroom with 2 bunk sets shares a full bathroom off the hall with a bedroom with a queen bed, which also has a TV.
The ground-level laundry room is accessed via its own entry off the carport area, with ample storage for your beach toys and fishing gear.
Relax on the gated shaded deck to sip your morning coffee. For the night owls, stargazing from the second level perch will provide hours of family fun.
Head out to the beach via the sand path over the dune. Cast your line in the surf to reel in the catch of the day, comb the shore for that perfect shell, or ride a wave into shore on your boogie board. 4X4 beach access and a tackle shop are also nearby for the dedicated angler, as well as other shopping, dining, and fun activities.
