Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The ground level includes under-house parking and a furnished under-house sitting area, perfect for taking in the ocean breeze from this shaded space. There is a queen bedroom and a half bath that has its own separate entrance off this under-house space.
The ground level game room with ping pong table and TV is accessible from inside stairs, as well as a king bedroom and a full bath.
Upstairs on the second level the spacious living, dining, and kitchen with an island provide ample seating and to bring everyone together. An adjoining wet bar with a beverage cooler, under-counter refrigerator and bar sink will keep your favorite beverages handy and chilled. Three more en suite bedrooms each with a TV (2 king rooms and a bedroom with two single beds) are also on this level. Step out to a furnished screened porch with ocean views, the perfect place to relax anytime.
When you are ready to hit the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time with convenient beach access just across the street. Ride the waves or cast your line directly into the surf. After the beach, refresh yourself in the outdoor shower.
