Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite and the other with semi-private bath, as well as an en suite bedroom with two single beds, offer sound views and open onto the wide, wraparound shaded deck with stairs to the ground and the upper deck. Two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, and full bath off the hall are also on this level, along with the convenient laundry room. Watch the sun sink into the water from the bubbly hot tub on the shaded deck, the perfect place to unwind after an exciting day.
With water views from every room, the upper level is filled with natural light. Rest your mind in the large king en suite bedroom with TV and deck access on the upper level, which features a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub in the private bath. Stunning sound views in the open living, dining, and kitchen area will take your breath away. The kitchen features dual wall ovens, ample counter space, and a wine cooler so family meals will be a cinch. Gather for feasts around the dining table with adjacent breakfast bar, or enjoy a more intimate dining experience in the sunroom. A half bath is situated off the comfortably furnished living area. Feast your eyes on ocean-to-sound views from the wide sundeck, where you can sit back with a cool drink in the refreshing breeze.
