Situated on a large corner lot in Salvo’s Hatteras Colony neighborhood, Blue Heron has everything you need for an island getaway. With a ramp from the covered parking area to the main entry and an easy single-level floor plan, this home is just right for those with limited mobility.

The open living area and eat-in kitchen has plenty of room for the whole family. Step out onto the wide sundeck or relax on the screened porch off the kitchen. Enjoy horizon ocean views and stargazing from the rooftop sundeck.

Down the hall are four bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom share a full bathroom off the hall. The king master suite with TV and laundry area is at the end of the hallway.

Outside, you can shoot some hoops at the basketball goal or throw a few burgers on the grill. The kids will love the large yard, and the whole family will love the beach. The quiet residential neighborhood is perfect for family bike rides or walking the dogs.

The cable jacks may be there, but cable service wouldn't be provided either way as the cable boxes aren't there.

Where is the beach access?

This home is on the corner of Bluebeard Rd and Colony Dr. and there are various access paths along Colony Dr., one being directly across the street from the house. You can see part of it in the last photo.
