Decorated in cheerful, coordinating colors to lighten your mood, this charming single-level cottage is situated on a quiet street perfect for bike rides, strolls to the beach, or walking your dog. This home is pet friendly (max 2 dogs only) so everyone can join in the fun.
The covered under-house area provides parking and room to store your beach and fishing gear. After a day at the beach the conveniently located enclosed outside shower will be perfect to rinse the sand off before going inside. Take the steps off the carport up to the entry deck.
Spend some quality time together in the spacious, open kitchen, dining, and living area of this ideal beach house. A large flat-screen TV with DVD player is perfect for catching all your favorite shows. Enjoy a sit-down family dinner in the dining area and kitchen with bar seating. With both covered and sun decks you can enjoy the summer breeze in the shade, relax in the porch swing, catch a tan on the gated sun deck or hang out under the stars.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms, each with TV; a king en suite bedroom with private bath, a queen bedroom shares the full hallway bathroom with a brightly decorated bedroom with 2 singles beds and is perfect for the kids.
Nearby shopping, dining, and other fun activities will keep everyone entertained for your whole stay. The beach access is just a short walk to the end of the street, so grab your bogie boards, beach and fishing gear, and the pup and spend your day casting a line or having fun in the water and sun
