Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Welcome to Breezy Rays, a cozy canal front home located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street in Avon. Boasting water views all-around of the canal and Pamlico Sound, watersport enthusiasts will know they have found the perfect vacation spot with easy water access, a small boat ramp and dock, and fish station.
The ground level has a concrete drive for parking, and an all-weather covered entry and a luggage lift that will help make your move in easy. Inside on the ground level is a half bath and a spacious storage room for all your beach, fishing, and other recreational gear.
The first level opens to a hallway and with 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with two single beds has a TV and water views. Two bedrooms at the end of the hall include a canal-front king bedroom with TV and semi-private full bathroom with a tub that also opens to the hall, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and TV. Each of these two bedrooms has access to the wrap-around covered deck that also has convenient steps down to the ground. An additional hallway full bathroom with a shower is close to the laundry area and completes this level.
The second level is a spacious open design with living, dining and kitchen area, comfy furnishings, and a large TV with DVD. The extra-large kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar seating and adjoining dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. With large expanses of glass, the water views are extraordinary. Step out to the covered porch with hot tub, relax on the furnished sun deck with steps down to the deck below.
The upper-level loft has a sitting area with sleep sofa, TV, a wet bar, mini fridge and opens to the deck. There is also a queen en suite bedroom with TV, a full bathroom with a shower and access to the furnished sun deck with panoramic views and the perfect perch for watching amazing sunsets and stargazing at night.
Bring your SUP board or kayaks for a paddle and explore the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound, rig and launch your board sport equipment and ride the wind just steps from the door. Or spend your days fishing or clamming in the sound. With restaurants, shopping, equipment rentals and more all nearby, you’ll never have a dull moment.
