Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Take the outside steps up to the top level for entry into the home. This level has an open living area with gas fireplace, comfy seating, TV, and the adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar seating and dining area provide ample space for everyone to gather. Off the kitchen is a sunroom with TV. A half bath is also on this level. Outside the top deck offers both sun and shade, the perfect perch for catching come rays, enjoying the sunset and star gazing.
Take the spiral stairs down to the first level, which is where the three bedrooms are located. The king en suite bedroom with TV has a slider for access out to the covered deck. A queen room with TV and deck access, and a bunk room with TV share the full bath with shower stall off the hallway. The laundry is also located on this level. In addition, on this level’s covered deck is the bubbly hot tub, the ultimate spot for relaxation to ease your cares away.
Bring your watersport gear and be ready to ride the wind across the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound. Fishing, clamming, and crabbing will bring home the catch of the day for delectable seafood feasts.
With shopping, dining, ocean beach access, four-wheel drive access ramps and other fun activities just minutes away, everyone will be entertained for your entire stay.
