Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The property is conveniently situated, and a tastefully appointed getaway designed with relaxation in mind. From the building’s elevator to the single-level floor plan, your stay here will be a breeze from the moment you arrive.
Relax in the comfortably furnished open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. Watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sunset or just taking in the scenery rain or shine from the furnished covered deck.
The king en suite bedroom with TV has a Jacuzzi tub in the private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom share the bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is conveniently located off the entry hall.
This unit also offers private covered parking with a storage closet and shower located in the carport. Other community amenities include the beautiful sound-front pool, BBQ grill area and a beautiful sound-front gazebo.
When you are ready for some beach time, load up the provided beach cart with your beach gear and take the short 500-yard walk to the end of the paved residential street. Or head to the nearby Rodanthe Fishing Pier. With shops, restaurants, and exciting activities like watersports and equipment rentals at Kitty Hawk Kites, all an easy walk or bike ride away.
