Castawaves is located in the La Waves neighborhood with ocean view and community beach access, just a short walk to the end of the street, this home is a perfect choice for anyone.

Take the steps up to the entry deck of the home that opens to the ground level, which includes the game room complete with a pool table, TV, wet bar, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. Two bedrooms are also on this level; the king is an en suite, while the queen shares a bath with the game room.

The second level has four bedrooms and a central den with TV. A king en suite has deck access and is next to a queen en suite.  A king with deck access shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the pyramid bunk room. This deck wraps around two sides of the house and is where the hot tub is located. All bedrooms have TVs. The laundry area completes this level.

Upstairs is the open great room that features cathedral ceilings with wood accents, tile and LVP flooring and ocean view. The spacious well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating and adjacent dining area with plenty of seating will provide gathering space for scrumptious family feasts. Both the dining area and living area have convenient access out to the sun deck, perfect for relaxing. Off the living area is a king en suite bedroom with double vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. A half bathroom is also on this level.

Spend your days lounging in the sun on the pool deck or take a soothing soak in the hot tub. When you’re ready for some beach time the community access path is an easy walk or bike ride to the end of the street. With shopping, and dining, as well as equipment rentals nearby there is plenty to keep everyone entertained.
