These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Your Coastal Quest to the Outer Banks will be complete when you enjoy Hatteras Island from the comforts of this newly built, pet friendly home on the Frisco oceanside.
Enter on the first living level where you will find all three bedrooms, each of which feature their own Smart TV for easy viewing. While both queen bedrooms offer their own private access to the wraparound shaded deck, the king en suite features beautiful quartz countertops and a convenient step-in shower. An easily accessible laundry area is central to the floor, while another full bath with quartz tops and a tub/shower combo finishes off this level.
Breathe easy in the open second level, outfitted in a soft color palette with plenty of natural light. A classic kitchen is furnished with stone tops and timeless navy and white cabinets, all paired beautifully with stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar provides overflow seating for the adjacent dining table or an easy prep zone to help out the family chef. The nearby living area offers a Smart TV with Bluetooth speakers and a cozy sectional which is accented with additional stylish comfort seating so that everyone can come together on the top floor. While a half bath completes the interior, the sundeck that awaits outside is the real star of the show. With panoramic views of the neighborhood and sunsets dropping right into the nearby Pamlico Sound, your favorite seat in the house day or night will be on the top-level deck.
Slip into easy rest and relaxation when you take advantage of thoughtful outdoor amenities. Take a soak in the bubbly hot tub or enjoy an alfresco meal in the downstairs picnic area. Posh rattan swings make for a great place to cozy up with a good book, and the backyard firepit creates yet another family-friendly space to gather, all while toasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories of the nearby Graveyard of the Atlantic.
