Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Fun times await in the ground level game room with TV, foosball table, and mini-fridge. Take an afternoon nap on the futon before heading out for an evening walk on the beach, right at the end of the street. Enjoy a family game night with the ample board games provided. A queen bedroom with semi-private bath is also on this level. From the game room step out to the covered deck where the outside shower is located and the sunny pool area. Spend time lounging poolside and cool off in the salt water pool, or take a soothing soak in the hot tub.
On the middle level, the queen en suite bedroom looks out onto the shaded deck. A bedroom with two bunk sets and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bath off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level. The deck is accessible off the hallway and has convenient stairs down to the ground level deck.
Spend quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the upper level. Horizon ocean views and plenty of natural light will make everyone feel right at home. Sleep easy in the king en suite bedroom with built-in desk space and spacious private bath. Catch some rays or a beautiful sunrise from the sundeck off the living area or dine al fresco on the covered porch. A half bath completes this level.
Stroll to one of the most popular stretches of beach on Hatteras Island via the sand path right at the end of the street. Lockable storage in the carport area has plenty of space for your surfboards, beach umbrellas, and sand toys. Spend your days lying in the sun, splashing in the waves, or playing in the sand from this scenic oasis. Shopping, dining, and plenty of other island adventures are just a short drive away. There is never a shortage of fun and excitement when you stay at Coastal Treasure.
