Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Pull right up to the ground-level entry via the elevated parking platform and start your stay nice and easy. Hang out in the game room with arcade game cabinet, sectional sofa, pub-style table, a Smart TV, and wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave. A cozy covered deck has stairs to the pool area. A full bath is also on this level. All TVs in the home are streaming capable Smart devices and have live cable programing through Spectrum.
The three spacious bedrooms on the middle level, each with Smart TV, all open onto the spacious covered deck where you can unwind in the hot tub as you watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. The king en suite bedroom and the queen bedroom feature additional private shaded balconies. Let the kids enjoy their own space in the pyramid bunk bedroom, which shares a full bath off the hall with the queen bedroom. The laundry area is also on this level, as well as a half bathroom on the landing between this level and the next.
Get a good night’s rest in the top floor king en suite bedroom with TV and access to the wide soundview sundeck. Unwind in the combination Jacuzzi tub-shower in the private bath or step onto the private sunlit balcony to take in the breeze. Spend quality time with your loved ones in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, or work on your tan from either of two soundview sundecks.
The fun continues outside, with a private on-site boat ramp that will accommodate single-axle trailers with boats under 22 feet, a private dock with room for two boats up to 26 feet, and a deep-water canal for unparalleled access to the sound. Fishing, clamming, and wildlife watching await on the sheltered waters of the sound. Launch your windsurfing and kiteboarding gear to harness the breeze, or set out in your kayak for even more shallow water exploration. For those who would rather stick closer to home, the private pool is the perfect place to splash and play.
