Relax and unwind in this beautiful oceanfront home. With plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and ample gathering space to bring everyone together, Coquina Reef will be your new favorite Hatteras Island vacation spot.

Kids and kids-at-heart will love hanging out in the first floor den. A full-size refrigerator and a large TV with Xbox (bring your own games) make this the perfect place for movie or game night.

Four bedrooms on the middle level each have TVs with DVD players, as well as sliders onto the shaded oceanfront deck. Two queen master bedrooms, one with Jacuzzi tub and the other with shower stall, are at either end of the hall. A bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.

A king master bedroom on the top floor features a Jacuzzi tub in the private bath, TV, and slider to the wide oceanfront sundeck. Spend quality time with friends and family in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, or retreat to the quiet sunroom with daybed to enjoy a good book. Ocean views throughout this level are certain to take your breath away, and complementary Netflix will keep your whole crew entertained. Soak in the hot tub under the stars on the sundeck as you plan your next day’s adventure. A half bathroom is also on this level.

Easy beach access directly behind the home will have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Spend some time on the water after launching your kayak, paddleboard, or kiteboarding gear from the community sound access, or work on your backhand at the community tennis court. With plenty of shopping, dining, and family fun just a short drive or bike ride away, there is never a dull moment when you stay at Coquina Reef.

Note: The NCDOT is in the process of constructing a new bridge, commonly referred to as the “Jug-Handle Bridge”, to allow easier access and traffic flow to the villages of Hatteras Island. This home is near the project site and may be subjected to the sights and sounds of bridge construction throughout the 2019 season and potentially into 2020. What are check in and check out times?
Answer: 
Check-in time from May 18 to September 22, 2019 is not promised until 6:00 pm. Before May 18 and after September 22 check-in is not promised until 5:30 pm. When your accommodations are ready we will notify you via text message. If you plan to arrive before this time, we ask that you be understanding. We will not be able to check you in (or store your chilled groceries or other belongings) until the home has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. We thank you in advance for your patience as our staff works incredibly hard to prepare your home for vacation stay. Please make sure traveling companions are aware of our check-in time and that we have their names if they will check-in earlier than the leaseholder. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Please complete all of the Departure Responsibilities on the list located at your home (or on the check-in packet if your home does not participate in the Keyless Entry Program) before departing home and/or returning your keys to our office. A reasonable clean-up fee, not exceeding $600.00, may be incurred if Departure Responsibilities are not adequately performed. If you plan to get an early start you may leave your keys in the appropriate box located at each office. No occupancy of the property, including driveways or outside showers is permitted after check-out. Refunds will not be given for early departures. Tenant may be charged up to one additional day rental if Property is not vacated by 10:00 a.m.
