Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
From the parking area take the steps up to the covered deck and main entrance into the first floor. This level has three bedrooms that include a queen en suite bedroom, which opens to a small deck with outside shower and stairs to the ground level. Another queen bedroom with TV and a bunk bedroom with laundry closet share a full bathroom off the hall.
You’ll feel like the king of your castle in the king en suite that makes up the entire second level. Complete with TV, his and her closets, separate dressing area, and a private covered porch, this retreat will be your escape from the cares of the world.
The top floor features an open living and kitchen area with adjacent dining area. Enjoy meals around the table, out on the oceanview sundeck, or at the breakfast bar. Relax in the hot tub while listening to the ocean in the distance. An additional half bathroom is also on this level.
Take the ladder to the tower for panoramic views of the ocean and the village of Avon. A wraparound deck with widow’s walk offers one of the best vantage points around for catching sunrises and sunsets.
Located on the ground level and accessed from a separate outside entrance is a game room that gives you even more living space and privacy. It has a multi-purpose foosball game table (that converts to chess/checkers, pool, hockey and shuffle board), a full bath with shower stall, sitting room with TV and a queen bed, and a small refrigerator and sink.
Community beach access is just a short walk away, so after watching the sunrise you can get your toes in the sand in no time at all. With shops, restaurants, and other fun activities nearby, you’re in the midst of it all when you stay in Crazy 8.
