Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Destress and decompress at Daze Off, this well-appointed oceanfront home in Frisco. With sweeping ocean views from all levels and horizon sound views from the second level and loft, you can indulge in stunning sunrise-to-sunset panoramas as the cares of the world drift away.
All three bedrooms are on the first level, each with ocean view. The king en suite bedroom with TV opens onto a wide, shaded deck where you can soak in the hot tub to the music of the ocean, just on the other side of the dune. A queen bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level, as well as an additional shaded deck off the front of the house.
Catch up with your family in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with adjacent half bath. Ample windows provide stunning ocean views throughout this spacious gathering place. The upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops features a breakfast bar for additional seating. Watch the sunrise from the oceanfront sundeck or step onto the soundview sundeck to take in a colorful sunset.
Enjoy a little quiet time in the loft with TV and foosball coffee table, the perfect perch for an afternoon nap or diving into a good book. A queen sleeper sofa can also provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements if needed. Watch the waves roll onto shore from the sundeck, where you can take in panoramic views all the way to the cape.
The path to the beach is right behind the home, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Slather on some sunscreen and grab your boogie board to play in the waves on one of the most popular stretches of beach on the island.
