Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The first floor serves as the heart of the home, where the open-concept living spaces and coastal-inspired décor invite everyone to gather, relax, and make lasting vacation memories. A charming vaulted ceiling lined with warm wood planks creates a cozy atmosphere throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas as the integrated indoor speaker system sets the mood for an unbeatable vacation. This level also hosts the first of three bedrooms, a comfortable queen room that shares a full bath with the floor. Step outside to enjoy the wraparound sun and shaded decks or unwind after a beach day in the screened porch with a private hot tub, all while the outdoor speaker system lets you keep the vacation vibes going from sunrise to sunset.
The second level offers a comfortable and private space for guests to settle in after a day of beach adventures. Here you’ll find the final two bedrooms, including another inviting queen room and a bunk room featuring two bunk sets that are perfect for kids or additional guests. These bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, creating an ideal setup for families and groups vacationing together. Each of the bedrooms throughout the home provide their own TV for the optimal relaxation experience. Head out onto the top-level sundeck to soak up sunny Outer Banks days with a refreshing ocean breeze, then settle in each evening for front-row seats to the stars that blanket Hatteras Island’s famously darkened skies.
This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two dogs, making it easy to bring your furry family members along for the adventure. After long days spent exploring the nearby shoreline with your pups in tow, you’ll find Dog Daze offers a variety of convenient exterior amenities designed to make vacation living easy and comfortable. The ground-level laundry room is perfect for catching sandy swimsuits and beach towels, while the lockable storage area provides plenty of space to stow beach gear and outdoor equipment. Guests can rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, clean the day’s fresh catch at the fish cleaning table, and gather together for casual cookouts on the gas grill. When it’s time to venture out, Salvo’s local shops, restaurants, and popular attractions are all just a short drive away.
