Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The fun continues on the middle level with a second game room, which features a pool table for friendly competition and a slider to the shaded deck overlooking the pool. A queen bedroom and a king en suite bedroom with shower stall in the private bath each open onto shaded, soundview balconies. An additional queen bedroom opens onto the poolview deck. A full bath off the hall completes this level.
Rest easy in the king en suite bedroom on the top level, which features a shower stall in the private bath and opens onto a balcony with stunning sunset views. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is the perfect gathering spot for spending quality time with family and loved ones. Step out onto the wide sundeck off the dining area to enjoy a breezy picnic or stargaze by night, or watch a colorful sunset from the sundeck off the living area. Cozy up in the loft area to dig into a good book or enjoy the sunset from this quiet perch. A half bath on the staircase landing completes this level.
