Down the hall, the queen en suite bedroom with TV features a shower stall in the private bathroom. A second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a TV share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also down the hall.

The concrete drive under the house extends to a private boat ramp, perfect for launching flat-bottom and skiff-type boats, as well as kayaks and windsurfing gear.
