If you click on the satellite image on the map below the amenities list on the web page you will see the community beach access right at the end of Sandfiddler Lane. Part of it is covered by trees.

if i rent this, is there a daily fee to use the beach?
Answer: 
There is no fee to use the beach here. You just walk right over to the ocean from the walkway you see in the photos.
