Flexible Stays - Seasonal

Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Please contact our office for more details.
Community Pool
Midgett Realty cannot be held responsible for the opening and closing of subdivision and community pools.
Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Make your getaway to Epic Waves located in Avon’s Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood nicely situated just 1 lot back from the oceanfront and features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a half bath, ocean views, a bubbly hot tub and access to the nearby community pool. Your dogs are welcome at this well-maintained home so everyone can join in on the fun.

The ground level carport provides room to store your beach and fishing gear, an enclosed outside shower and dry entry inside the home.

Four comfortable bedrooms are on the first level. The two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A second queen bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk set and a double bed share a full bathroom off the hall. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. At the end of the hall the game room will keep everyone entertained for hours with a wet bar, microwave, mini fridge, Smart TV as well as Foosball and Air Hockey.

Gather together for family time in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. A wet bar with seating and mini fridge and a casino style card table provide plenty of room to spread out. Watch the sunrise, enjoy a picnic or soak up some rays on the spacious ocean facing sun deck that wraps around one side providing a shaded area for relaxing. Take the steps up to the roof-top observation deck with panoramic views from ocean to sound. Take a soothing soak in the hot tub located in the sun room off the living area.

The neighborhood boardwalk that leads to the beach is just 2 houses up the street so you can easily spend your days with your feet in the sand. With complimentary access to the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood community swimming pool and tennis courts as well as shopping and dining nearby there is something for everyone to enjoy.
