Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Enter on the ground level, which features a game room with a shuffle board table, pool table, TV, and wet bar with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Two king en suite bedrooms have built-in desks and TVs. One also has a shower stall in the private bathroom. A covered deck on the front of the house overlooks the pool area, while a small deck on the back of the house has two outside showers.
Three additional bedrooms, each with TV, are on the second level. The king en suite bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds both open onto the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub. The third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk set and an extra-long twin bunk set. An additional full bathroom and the laundry area are also on this level.
The king en suite bedroom on the top level features a TV and a built-in desk. Gather together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. A half bathroom is also on this level. Take in ocean views over two currently undeveloped lots from the partially covered deck off this large, open space, the perfect place for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
Your whole family will love spending time lounging by the private in-ground pool with attached kiddie pool. Stow your beach and fishing gear in the lockable storage room outside, which contains bicycles, beach chairs, and boogie boards for quick and easy access on your way to the nearby beach.
Convenient to local marinas, shopping, and dining, Families are Forever will be your go-to vacation spot for years to come.
