Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A Finer View, located in the upscale Wind Over Waves neighborhood in Salvo, boasts beautiful water views of the Pamlico Sound. With thoughtful amenities such as an elevator that services each floor, baby equipment for the little ones and more, everyone will enjoy their time in this soundside gem.
Let play time begin immediately upon arrival when you enter in the game room with a pool table, dual high tops for seating and snacking, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and countertop microwave. A wall-mounted TV means double the fun for easy programming while the games commence. A room with a pyramid bunk, sharing the full bath for the ground floor, is a welcome place to lay your head after hours of endless entertainment. All bedrooms throughout offer their own TV. A sizeable laundry room on this level means wet clothes from your outdoor adventures never have to go too far to get cleaned up for another round.
Up on the first living level, family time continues in the den with comfy seating and TV. A queen en suite offers access to the shaded deck with a bubbly hot tub overlooking the pool, while two king en suites and another queen en suite are quietly tucked away for guest privacy.
Everyone will relax in the grandeur of the top floor with its high ceilings and large-scale windows flooding the walls with natural light. Tastefully curated comfort seating in the living area provides a cozy space to gather, while the large dining table and adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar will make meal time a pleasure. The final touch on this loving interior is the luxurious king en suite with glass door shower and double sinks, a sweet space for a restful night’s sleep. Time outside is just as sweet on the top-level deck. Partially shaded, you’ll appreciate the comforts of the well-appointed outdoor seating just out of the sun’s reach, or you can bask in the sunlight on the opposing sundeck.
