Welcome to Fishy Vic’s, a beautifully constructed new home in the upscale Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood of Avon. 

This lovingly styled soundside home boasts four cozy bedrooms:  a king en suite, a king room, a queen en suite, and a queen room. Each bedroom provides their own TV for optimal relaxation. A first level den provides a sleep sofa and an additional TV, so no one has to sacrifice their favorite show while on vacation. 

The open living, kitchen, and dining areas are where you’ll make memories that will last a lifetime. The classic kitchen features clean lines with white shaker cabinets, white quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances so the family chef can cook in style. A spacious kitchen island is an added convenience for prep work and can easily be set-up as a buffet so everyone can help themselves before sitting down at the nearby dining table. When bellies are full and plates are clean, the whole family can enjoy time together in the adjacent living room. The top-level sun and shaded deck will also provide a welcome place to park and soak in the panoramic views of the neighborhood and the wide-open skies of Hatteras Island. Unobstructed by any tall buildings or city lights, you can catch the sunrise, bask in the sunset, and gaze at the stars in the nighttime sky. 

Head on foot to the crosswalk over Highway 12 for a quick route to the community boardwalk or utilize nearby ORV Ramp 38 for fun days at the beach. ORV Route 57, Canadian Hole and Kite Point are also close by for easy sound access. From fishing to swimming, however you adventure in the surrounding waters, outside amenities such as an outdoor shower and fish cleaning table are provided for your convenience when you return home. 

When you’re ready to adventure around the island, shops, eateries, and local attractions are never too far from your front door. 

Traveling to the beach doesn’t have to be hard. With all of the perks provided at Fishy Vic’s, your stay will be anything but that!

For 2025: Traditional weekly stays of 7 nights with an arrival and departure day of Sunday will be offered. Sheets will be provided for all beds. Beds will not be made, towels may be added for an additional fee. Access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool, tennis court, and pickleball courts will no longer be provided.
