Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The concrete driveway and covered under-house space provide a convenient area to unload your gear. From here take the steps up to the entry deck, which opens to the first level that has a game room with Foosball, Pacman video console and smart TV. A bunk room with 2 bunk sets and TV shares a half bath. The laundry is also on this level. Just outside the door from the game room is a covered deck, which is where the hot tub is located. Take the steps down to the ground level for easy access to the pool area.
The second level is where three bedrooms are located and include a king en suite with smart TV. The queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles share the full hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs and access out to the covered deck.
The top level features an open design with living area, TV, kitchen with breakfast bar seating and dining area. This spacious layout provides room for everyone to gather with ample comfortable seating. Step out to the furnished sun deck and feel the breeze while listening to the sounds of the surf, soak up the sun by day and star gazing by night.
With easy beach access at the end of the street, you will have your toes in the sand in no time. Nearby attractions include shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and more, all sure to make your vacation at Flight of FanSea unforgettable.
