Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Equipped with modern amenities ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay, you’ll quickly find there is nowhere you’d rather be!
Enter from the convenient covered carport to unload on the first floor. The first of five bedrooms, a queen room, shares a full bath with the game room which features a foosball table, TV, plush seating, and a wet bar for loads of family fun. The sizeable wet bar offers a sink, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, so game time snacks are never too far from reach.
The four remaining bedrooms come together on the second level for an easy night’s rest. Here, a room with two bunk sets is next door to the full bath that services the level. The three remaining bedrooms, a king en suite, a queen en suite, and a room with two singles, each provide private entry to the shaded deck boasting a bubbly hot tub. A laundry room is centrally located for convenience.
Everyone will enjoy the comforts of top-level living with a bright and airy open floor plan that hosts the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining and living areas, and a convenient half bath. While many cherished memories will be made under the wood plank cathedral ceilings of this family-friendly space, everyone’s heart will swell as they walk out onto the wraparound sun and shaded deck with sprawling views of the charming neighborhood and glimpses of the nearby ocean.
