These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the ground level where you’ll find a game room for endless entertainment delivered upon arrival. A foosball table and pool table are complimented by a TV and convenience seating, while a full bath allows game time to go uninterrupted. A laundry area off the game room completes this level.
Up on the first living level a queen en suite grants access to the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub. Another queen room, also with access to the shaded deck, shares a full bath with the rest of the floor. The final queen bedroom has deck access as well. Completing this level is a room with two bunks, a perfect escape for the kids to hang out. All bedrooms throughout offer their own TV.
Halfway up to the next level, a half bath is an added convenience for a full house. Family time really comes alive on the second living level with plenty of open space for gatherings. A full kitchen with breakfast bar is great for catching up with the family cooks while a sprawling dining table is perfect for a feast or family game night. Cozy nights around the TV are meant for bonding with plenty of added comfort seating. Outside, share a cup of coffee at the bar top on the shaded deck or get your daily dose of Vitamin D on the oceanfront sundeck. With plenty of seating, you’re sure to enjoy your scenic surroundings, whether it be in the sun or shade.
Perched on the top floor is a king en suite, complete with its own sun-drenched balcony overlooking miles of Salvo oceanfront. Built-in bench seating allows for a quiet place to read or meditate, and plenty of floor space makes for an ideal spot to do a little yoga, sunbathing or even stargazing during Hatteras Island’s notoriously clear nights.
Outdoor adventures await in the dreamy private pool, great for floating around after a full day at the beach, which is just on the other end of the short sand path over the dune. Anglers will appreciate the convenience of the provided fish cleaning table, while everyone will love the outdoor shower after hours spent in the sun and salt water. Your pups will appreciate quiet walks throughout this peaceful neighborhood, where you’ll quickly find there is something for everyone.
