Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Enter on the ground level and hang out in the game room with Smart TV, pool table, and wet bar complete with a drip coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator and under counter icemaker. Two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and the other with 1 bunk set (Single on top, Single on bottom) and 1 Double Bunk Set (Double on top and Double on bottom), share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower stall. An additional half bathroom is also on this level.
Four en suite bedrooms, each with a slider to the shaded oceanview deck, are on the middle level. A king bedroom is at the top of the stairs, opposite a second king bedroom. A queen bedroom and a double bunk set bedroom are in between. Outside, the bubbly hot tub awaits to soothe your cares away. Stairs from this area lead down to the pool gate and up to the wide sundeck.
Upstairs, a large king bedroom with a double sink vanity and Jacuzzi tub/shower in the bathroom opens to the sundeck with views from ocean to sound. The spacious living area with Smart TV, dining, and well-equipped kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker, 2 drip coffee makers and various small appliances including kitchen aid mixer, electric griddles, several slow cookers, large soup pots, a steamer, new cookware and more, that will make meal prep as easy as can be), plus the breakfast bar featuring wet bar sink has enough room for the whole family to spend some quality time together. A convenient half bathroom is also on this level. Take in the sunrise from the partially shaded decks off the living and dining area or enjoy a picnic in the ocean breeze.
A short walk over the dune via the community walkway will have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Hang ten on a surfboard or enjoy world-class fishing right off the beach. Head to the nearby Rodanthe Pier for fishing or sight-seeing; a complementary Pier Pass is included with your reservation. Go for a family walk around the neighborhood or shoot some hoops in the provided goal. If you’re feeling more laid-back, lounge in the sun by the private pool and cook up some burgers on the combination gas grill/charcoal grill for an easy lunch.
