Enter through the main living area to the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Spend some quality time together watching a favorite movie or step out into the sitting room with TV and queen sleep sofa for breathtaking water and sunset views.
Down the hall are three bedrooms, a queen bedroom with a private half bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk. There is a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is accessed via a separate entry under the house.
Store your water sports and fishing gear in the lockable storage under the house for fun days splashing and playing in the sound. Launch your boat from the community ramp one street over and spend your day fishing or exploring the waterways.
