Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first floor, where a game room with pool table, TV, and surround sound will entertain all ages. Store your treats in the full-size refrigerator at the wet bar, and then cool off with a dip in the pool while enjoying your favorite music flowing from the poolside speakers. The kids will love having their own space in the bedroom with queen bed and bunk set. A full bathroom with shower stall is off the game room.
The second level has three en suite bedrooms, each with TV. Two queen bedrooms, one with shower stall in the bathroom, open onto the shaded oceanview deck with relaxing hot tub. A king bedroom has a garden tub and separate shower stall in the bathroom and a private shaded deck with ocean views. The laundry area is also on this level, as well as a small den at the end of the hall, which opens onto the porch.
Your whole family will enjoy spending time together in the open living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor, with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. Kick back on the comfy couch while you watch your favorite movies in surround sound on the flat panel TV. Warm up beside the cozy fireplace on cooler evenings from November to May. Or read a good book in the ocean view loft, just a few steps up from the living area. Between the large dining table and the breakfast bar, there’s plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a fresh-cooked feast. Cleaning up the well-equipped kitchen will be a snap with two dishwashers. Take in the breeze while enjoying lunch or a snack on the screened porch with a picnic table, or head out onto the sundeck with views of the ocean.
