These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Go Fish Avon is the perfect getaway destination for your next family vacation. Dog-friendly, no one has to stay behind when you come to visit this 4 bedroom, 3.1-bath treasure ideally situated on the Avon soundside.
Amenities created with the traveler in mind extend from the interior to the exterior of the home. Upon arrival, utilize the carport with dry entry to securely store your beach gear and unload outside of the elements. Immediately dive into the private pool or take a soak in the bubbly hot tub for a little R&R after a long day of traveling. Splash time, be it hot or cold, will start your vacation out right!
First level living will be equally as enticing in your choice of the three cozy bedrooms. A king en suite boasts a tub/shower combo in the private bath as well as direct entry to the shaded deck. Next door, a queen room offers access to the shaded deck as well. Both this bedroom and the third bedroom, another queen room, share a full bath with the floor. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for added convenience. A laundry area connected to the shared bath completes the level.
The heart of the home is the open kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor. Vaulted ceilings and access to dual sundecks overlooking the front and back of the home create a light and airy vibe that carries through the space. Artisan cabinetry complements the spacious kitchen providing plenty of storage for everyone’s snacks and room for a makeshift cocktail bar if desired. While there are ample place settings at the dining table, a counter-height breakfast bar allows for flexibility in seating if needed. Carry the festivities over to the living room to cozy up around the TV or the electric fireplace in the cooler months. While the queen sleeper sofa offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the final bedroom, a queen en suite, is just nearby as well. Guests will enjoy the sizeable private bath with a tub/shower combo and private access to the sundeck overlooking the pool. For added convenience, a half bath is provided, completing the level.
When you’re ready to Go Fish Avon, ORV Ramps are located at either end of the village with the Avon Pier nestled neatly in between. After long days at the beach, the outside shower is a welcome spot to rinse off sandy suits while the fish cleaning table is provided to prep your fresh catch for a tasty meal on the charcoal grill. If the fish aren’t biting, the island's largest grocery store and several local restaurants featuring some of the East Coast's freshest ingredients are all within a short distance from your front door. Shopping, nightlife, and a myriad of other attractions are all close by as well.
