These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Grab the kids and the pups, load the car and head to the island because it’s Hatteras Time! This charming pet-friendly home in the village of Waves will quickly become your home away from home.
With a convenient ground level entrance the whole family can immediately dive right into hours of fun in the first-floor game room. Here you’ll find a wet bar, complete with an under-counter ice maker and mid-sized fridge, a pool table, TV, ample seating, and a full bath. This floor also offers a king size room and stackable washer/dryer. All bedrooms throughout the home offer their own TV.
The second level is the main living level hosting two king en suite, a room with two bunk sets, and an additional full bath. One of the king en suite has a private access to the furnished shaded deck overlooking the pool, perfect for a quiet read. You’ll find the second entrance to this deck, which provides exterior access to all levels, at the end of the hall.
There’s plenty of room for all to gather on the spacious third floor. The final king en suite is a welcome retreat with peek-a-boo views of the water. Streaming with natural light, the family room boasts cathedral ceilings and comfort seating, perfect for getting cozy around the TV or a fun family game night. Dining will be a breeze at the spacious dining room table, high top, or adjacent breakfast bar, and cooking will be even easier because there’s room for more than one cook in this kitchen! Well-equipped, you’ll easily find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, wowing all the foodies in your family. An additional half bath can be located on this level as well. Head out to the sundeck or up to the crow’s nest and enjoy the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound.
Enjoy the great outdoors and cool off in the well-furnished private pool or soak your worries away in the secluded shaded hot tub. Pups will love the fenced in backyard so they can run and play. When you're out and about at locations where the pups can't tag along, two large dog crates are provided to keep them comfortable. Just a short walk from the beach, your days of fun in the sun will never be lacking. Get away from it all without giving up the convenience of some of the best shopping, dining, and fun family activities just a short drive away.
