Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
A ramp to the first level and elevator to all common areas make this an ideal home for those who prefer the convenience and ease of access coming and going. All bedrooms are en suites, with TV, DVD player, and deck access. No detail has been overlooked.
Live it up in the first level game room with pool and shuffleboard tables, TV, DVD player, and kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator, as well as a gas fireplace for cool evenings. Step out to the covered deck overlooking the pool area and watch the family fun. A half bathroom completes this level.
Up half a level from the game room are a bedroom with two bunk sets and a private shaded deck and a king bedroom that opens onto the shaded hot tub deck, just the place to pamper yourself in the warm, bubbly water.
Take the elevator up to level 3 for access two king bedrooms (with no additional stairs), one with roll-in shower with folding bench. Get your workout in the exercise room with free weights, cardio equipment, TV, and DVD player. At the other end of the hall is a quiet sitting area. The laundry area is also on this level, along with a spacious oceanview covered deck.
Sleep tight in the two bedrooms just a few stairs above to level 4. The oceanfront king bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the bathroom, and the bedroom with two single beds has a private shaded deck.
The open great room on the next level boasts plentiful windows and vaulted ceilings to bathe the room in natural light. Feed your family with ease from the elaborate kitchen with dual appliances, wine cooler, wet bar, and ample counter space. Gather around the dining table, with additional seating available at the side table, breakfast bar, and oceanview wet bar. Relax in the living area with gas fireplace for the cooler off-season evenings, or indulge in ocean and sound views from sundecks off the living area and kitchen. A half bathroom is also on this level.
